This Privacy Policy applies to the StudyApply mobile app, StudyApply web pages, communications with StudyApply support, and any related services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy.

a. Account and identity information
- Full name, email address, phone number, login credentials, account identifiers, and profile details.
b. Education and profile information
- School, grade, subjects, marks, preferences, goals, career interests, and similar profile information you choose to provide.
c. Application, document, and submission information
- If StudyApply provides application, upload, verification, or document-related features and you choose to use them, we may process application details, uploaded files, supporting documents, and related metadata.
d. Study and in-app activity information
- Notes, flashcards, timers, study progress, analytics, streaks, quests, learning interactions, and similar activity data.
e. Device, technical, and usage information
- App events, diagnostics, crash reports, performance data, device identifiers, IP address, browser or device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from technical signals, and similar log or telemetry information.

We may share personal information with service providers and processors that help us operate the app and website, institutions or partners you choose to engage with, professional advisers, authorities where required by law, and transaction parties in connection with corporate transactions.
Where website forms or deletion-request forms are handled through a third-party form service, the information submitted through that form may also be processed by that provider in order to transmit the request to us.

StudyApply may be used by school learners and students. Where required by applicable law, we may require consent or involvement from a parent, guardian, school, or other authorised person before processing certain information relating to a child or minor.

We use reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
